Rental Rules and Guidelines

While at the house:

*Absolutely no pets!

*No Events or Parties without permission from the owner. (I am reasonable)

*No smoking, vaping, or e-cigs of any kind allowed.

*Check in time is 4pm and checkout time is 10am.

*Quiet hours are from 11pm to 6am

*Person booking must be 21 years of age or older or on site at all times. No children or teenagers left unattended.

* Absolutely no additional guests other than listed as occupants or without permission from the host. Video surveillance is located and used outside the house to verify and number of guests going and coming. If rule is broken additional fees will be charged. This house only sleeps 8!

* Please be mindful to place things into the kitchen sink as it is made of porcelain and will chip and scratch very easy!

* Please do not drag luggage up the stairs as it will gouge the solid wood stair treads

* Please take note of the “Watch your Step” signs located in the entry going into the game room and the dining room going into the living room half wall where there are steps downs going into each of those rooms, as well as the ladder in the game room. Please mind your step as you access or use these areas. We are not responsible for any injuries incurred in these areas.

*You're choosing to book our home is your acknowledgment that you assume any and all risk and the hosts are not responsible for ANY injury incurred while staying in our Airbnb.

* Please leave all electronics plugged in and all remotes in the room you found them in.

*Please no eating in the beds!

 

For Checking Out:

* Remove any of your opened food items from the refrigerator.
* Place all dirty dishes and cookware in the dishwasher and start it. Dishwasher liquid is under the sink.
* Place all trash in one of the garbage bins outside.
* Please remove all personal belongings.
* Please place all towels and used wash clothes in the shower downstairs.
* Lock all doors as you leave included the back sliding door.
* Message owner when you are checked out.
